We hope you are completely satisfied with your eufy camera purchase. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, please review our return policy below.

Returns for Refund

You may return most unused, unopened eufy camera products in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for:

  • Corporate/bulk purchases of 10+ units
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Free promotional items

To be eligible for return, items must include all original parts, components, documentation, and packaging. All accessories originally included in the product’s packaging must be returned along with the main device.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund in the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement after the return is processed at our warehouse.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us. To avoid damage, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the value of the package. We are unable to refund orders damaged during return transit.

Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange your eufy camera product for a different model, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery. Provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, we will happily arrange an exchange upon request.

You will need to return the original item before we can ship the replacement. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive and verify the undamaged return, your exchange item will be shipped.

Returns Due to Defects

If your eufy camera product is defective, malfunctions or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly within 30 days of delivery. You can easily initiate a warranty claim on our website or by emailing

To help troubleshoot the issue, please provide:

  • Order ID or proof of purchase
  • Product name, model number and serial number
  • Detailed description of the defect/damage
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

Once our support team verifies the product qualifies for warranty service, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item to our repair center.

We will inspect the returned product and repair or replace any qualifying defects covered by the warranty terms. The repaired or replacement item will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

The warranty period for all replacements extends for 3 months from the replacement date or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Non-Defect Returns After 30 Days

For returns past 30 days from delivery that are not due to defects, please contact Customer Support for approval. If we approve the return request, you will receive an Return Authorization Form by email.

The Return Authorization Form must be completed and included with your return package for proper processing. Returns sent to our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization Form may be rejected.

For approved non-defect returns past 30 days, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the value of the package.

Once received and verified, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Any items returned incomplete or showing signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for refund. Please take care to return items in original new condition with all accessories and components.

Return Shipping Instructions

Proper packaging is important to protect items from damage during transit. We recommend:

  • Using the original carton and packaging if possible.
  • Placing the item in a secure box with several inches of cushioning.
  • Using heavy tape to seal the package securely.
  • Removing old labels or covering them with a shipping label.

Carefully pack returns to avoid further damage and loss. eufy camera is not liable for items damaged during return shipping.

Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow the following timeframes for refund processing:

  • Credit card purchases: 7-10 business days for refund to appear on your statement after the return is processed.
  • PayPal purchases: 5-7 business days for refund to appear in your PayPal account after the return is processed.
  • eufy camera Gift Cards: 7-14 days for refund to be applied to your Gift Card balance after the return is processed.

Contact Customer Support if your refund is not received by the end of the listed timeframes for your original payment method.

Warranty Coverage

Please review the specific warranty terms for your eufy camera product. Warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

The warranty becomes void if products:

  • Are damaged due to improper use, mishandling, physical abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Show evidence of disassembly, tampering, or modification not authorized by eufy camera.
  • Are damaged due to acts of nature such as floods, storms, fires, or power surges.
  • Were purchased from an unauthorized distributor/reseller rather than directly from eufy camera or an approved retailer.
  • Were used with power, voltage or accessories not compliant with the product specifications.

Coverage only applies to original end-purchaser of the product. Warranties are non-transferable if re-sold to other parties.

Return Policy Notes

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase delivery date.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refund methods depend on the original payment method. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • Gift cards or store credit will be issued if the original payment method is no longer available for refund.
  • Free promotional items included with purchases are non-refundable if the main product is returned.
  • Any rebates provided on original purchases will be deducted from refund amounts.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
  • Fraudulent returns and abuse of the return policy may result in penalties or bans.
  • We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
